Developed a dynamic and scalable website for the leading U.S. manufacturer of residential and commercial brick.

This project involved managing a complex brick database with various colors, sizes, dimensions, textures, and collections. I collaborated closely with designers and stakeholders in Figma to refine product interactions on the front end, providing technical insights on UI/UX best practices. I translated high-fidelity designs into a pixel-perfect, interactive website using HTML, PHP, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and the REST API.

On the back end, I designed a scalable content architecture, ensuring flexibility for future updates. Using WordPress and ACF Pro, I built a custom CMS with dynamic post-type templates and advanced filtering via the REST API.

For Ember Group Consulting, I built a dynamic website that stands out through engaging interactive elements and creative CSS animations. One of my favorite features of the site is the SVGs that move with the user’s scrolling and mouse movements, creating a lively, fun experience.

The home hero section uses floating circle images that seem to defy gravity, adding a touch of whimsy to the design. The button hover effects, which animate to simulate a progress bar, also add a unique, interactive feel to the site.

To make the site easily scalable for the future, I created custom post types for team members and services, allowing for simple updates and additions as the company grows. This project allowed me to merge design creativity with a strong focus on functionality and scalability.

Tawana Rice, a Charlotte-based realtor and broker, needed a website that would build trust with potential clients while reflecting her warm personality. I designed and developed a custom WordPress theme tailored to her needs, ensuring the site could grow alongside her business.

To enhance the user experience, I implemented interactive sliders for showcasing client reviews and a photo gallery, making the content more engaging. I used Tailwind CSS to style the website, allowing for a fast, responsive design across all devices. Additionally, I integrated a page load transition effect to create a seamless browsing experience and reduce cumulative layout shift.

Developed collaboratively with a fellow developer at Lazarus Design Team, this website reflects Mandolin Partners’ professional aesthetic. It delivers a seamless, responsive experience with a strong emphasis on clarity and usability. Key features include a well-structured layout that keeps users engaged and intuitive navigation that allows visitors to easily explore the firm’s expertise in investment and financial advisory services. With a clean, modern design, the site strikes a perfect balance between functionality and visual appeal across all devices.

This custom-built e-commerce WordPress website was developed for Taszaerator® Pro, a company specializing in innovative, in-bottle wine aerators. They needed a seamless platform to sell their flagship product along with related accessories, so I built the site using WooCommerce, integrating UPS live rates for shipping and Stripe for secure payments.

To enhance functionality, I leveraged ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) to create a custom post type for products, dynamically retrieving WooCommerce-related data within a unique product template. Additionally, I developed a custom JavaScript-powered “Add to Cart” feature that intuitively updates the cart count in real time, ensuring a smooth and engaging user experience.
